We strive to implement and maintain accessible, scenic and recreational amenities within the convenience and comfort of your very own neighborhood.
The District was organized to service the park and recreation needs of the residents of the Todd Creek Village, Todd Creek Vistas, Eagle Shadow South, Todd Creek Meadows and Eagle Shadow Developments. TCVPRD was organized in November of 2002 and is located entirely within Adams County, Colorado. It contains approximately 7,000 acres, which is inclusive of open and park space and platted developments. The District's intent is to cooperate with Adams County to serve developed and undeveloped residential parks, trails and retention areas for its residents.
Todd Creek Village Park & Recreation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Todd Creek Village Park & Recreation District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
